February At this writing, right after a gentle fall of fluffy snow, our village has the "winter wonderland" look that inspires a person to make snow angels and go ice skating. And eat! We didnt set out to make this a special "chocolate" edition, but after visiting Burdicks Chocolates, testing a gaggle of brownie mixes, and thinking about Valentines Day, chocolate just seemed to take over.
